That's right, Vincent Venegoni slid into the Justice of the Peace chair after a sweetheart deal just like Kamala Harris. Four years ago, Republicans were not given an opportunity to vet Venegoni & Collin County has suffered!

Apparently, Venegoni does not. He has filed multiple frivolous lawsuits, both against both Collin County and the county Republican party only to lose each and every time while masking his own troubles as a JP.
FRIVOLOUS LAWSUIT NUMBER ONE, ATTACKING THE COMMISSIONERS COURT
After it was identified that one of his employees had been terminated from another JP Court for making false allegations of misconduct, Venegoni hired her for his court. After more false allegations were made, Venegoni mismanaged his court staffing resulting in a frivolous lawsuit against the county commissioners. Then Venegoni was chastised by the judge overseeing the case - dismissing it altogether.
Instead of managing his office properly, Venegoni has caused the taxpayers of Collin County to waste money on a frivolous lawsuit that he lost.
FRIVOLOUS LAWSUIT NUMBER TWO, ATTACKING THE COLLIN COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY
After all Texas laws were followed, Venegoni was hoing to kick off his rival as part of his scheme. He filed a frivolous lawsuit against the chairman of the Collin county constable because once again he didn't know the law. Rather then run his own campaign, he would rather attack those who are stronger and more fit to be the Justice of the Peace.
FALSE CLAIMS
Venegoni has made false claims about his background in the CIA as well as working for the federal government, filed frivolous lawsuits, and hired clerks who have made false claims themselves.
